Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Last updated August 3, 2026.

We value your privacy rights. This page explains how our business uses your information and how to opt out.

What we sell or share: Our service is free to you because participating attorneys and legal marketing companies pay us advertising fees. When you submit a form asking for a settlement estimate and to be connected with an attorney, the information you provide (your contact information, and your case details, which can include injury and treatment information) is provided to the attorney or law firm we match you with, and may also be sold to or shared with lead aggregators and other legal marketing companies so that an attorney who handles cases like yours can contact you. We also share online identifiers with advertising partners (such as Google, Bing, and Facebook) for advertising purposes. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

* Right to Opt Out of Sale or Sharing. You have the right to opt out of the sale of your personal information and the sharing of your personal information for targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising. To opt out, email us at [email protected] with "Do Not Sell or Share" in the subject line, and include the name, email address, and phone number you provided to us so we can locate your information. Once we receive and verify your request, we will stop selling or sharing your personal information, unless an exception applies. Please note: if you opt out before or immediately after submitting a form, we may be unable to connect you with an attorney, because making that connection requires providing your information to the attorney or to the marketing partners who work with attorneys in your area. We are implementing support for opt-out preference signals such as the Global Privacy Control; the email method above is always available and always honored.

* Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information. Some case details (such as injury and treatment information) are sensitive personal information. Where your state provides a right to limit its use or disclosure, you may exercise it by emailing us at the address above with "Right to Limit" in the subject line.

* Right to Know. You have the right to request that we disclose to you the personal information that we collect, use, disclose, sell, and share. To submit a verifiable consumer request to know, you may email us at the email address above with "Right to Know" in the subject line and in the body of your message. In certain circumstances, we may not be able to provide specific pieces of personal information (e.g., if such disclosure creates a substantial, articulable, and unreasonable risk to the security of such personal information or our business systems).

* Right to Request Deletion. You have the right to request that we delete any of your personal information that we collected from you and maintained, subject to certain exceptions. In certain instances where we are not required to comply with your request for deletion, we will let you know. To submit a verifiable consumer request to delete, you may e-mail us at the email address above with "Right to Delete" in the subject line and in the body of your message.

* Right to Non-Discrimination. Should you exercise any of your privacy rights, you have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment by us.

We will respond to requests within the time required by the law of your state (generally 45 days, extendable once where permitted). We reserve the right to verify your identity before we process any of the aforementioned requests relating to your personal information. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf if the agent provides evidence of your written permission; we may still require you to verify your identity directly. You can also request, once per calendar year, a list of the third parties to which we have disclosed certain personally identifiable information for their direct marketing purposes by contacting us at [email protected]. Our data security representative will process your request.
