Our database compiles publicly available jury verdicts and settlement information from court records, legal publications, and verified attorney submissions. All data points are from real cases with documented outcomes.
How can I submit a verdict or settlement to the database?
Attorneys can submit verdicts and settlements through our submission form at setcalc.com/submit-case-result. Submissions are reviewed before being published. Attorneys who submit cases receive attribution with a link to their firm website.
Are settlement amounts confidential?
Most personal injury settlements are private agreements and do not become public record. The settlements in our database are cases where the outcome was publicly disclosed, typically through court filings, news coverage, or attorney submissions with client consent.
